        Verdict

        Experience can prove vital in such contests and BLACK KALANISI (NAP) now has three runs on the board which have shown him to be perfectly capable of picking up an ordinary bumper. Two runs of promise for Ben Pauling were followed by a strong runner-up performance at Huntingdon on debut for the Tuite yard and he can go one better now on ground he handles well. The market should help to sort out the many newcomers of which Lucky Finnegan is a rare runner under NH Rules for the Furtado team. However, Move Above and Skip Skool make most appeal on paper along with Gilwen Gracie.
