Verdict

DREAM ALLY scored over track and trip earlier in the month and ran well again here on Monday when third to Tasaaboq. An apprentice’s allowance should help John Weymes’ charge get his head back in front in this. Assertive Agent is similar in that she, too, is partnered by an apprentice today having been placed the last twice while Diamond Vine won here last time but is upped 4lb. Jack The Laird has more scope than most and Blackasyourhat posted a better effort at Kempton recently having slid down the weights.
