Steelriver’s frustrating attempts to end a losing run stretching back to 2014 continued at Newcastle last week when beaten a neck. He’ll be in the mix again, however, while Indian Affair beat Fantasy Justifier when winning over track and trip last month but a high draw has done him no favours. Alaskan Bay is proving best over 5f and scored over the minimum trip here in December while Brockey Rise was due to run at Lingfield yesterday. INVISIBLE STORM struggled drawn wide at Chelmsford last time but went close on her last visit to this venue in December and it could be her turn today having tumbled down the weights in the last year.
