    Verdict

    ASHAMALY won by five lengths over this trip at Lingfield on New Year's Eve but was surprisingly beaten when odds-on at Kempton 12 days ago. He's a further 4lb higher here but we'll forgive the top weight that latest run and fancy him to give 15lb to Hazza The Jazza, who is on a hat-trick but has been well beaten in two previous tries over this trip and is upped in grade today. Red Gift is tackling this longer distance for the first time but is better than he showed on his reappearance over 5f last week.
