In depth

Verdict

Join Up and Eastward Ho carry penalties for winning their respective divisions of a handicap over C&D last week. The latter won in a faster time, but there's little else to separate them here and both should be thereabouts at the finish once again. Irish raider Waterloo Sunrise posted a better effort over C&D last month and is back for another crack, but Excellent Vision has a couple of lengths to find with Join Up on latest running. DANIEL THOMAS may be getting a bit long in the tooth, but a couple of recent placed efforts suggest he's still up to winning off his current mark and he gets the nod after getting caught close home at Lingfield last time.
