Verdict
GODHEAD beat stablemate and the favourite Sheriffmuir when making a winning start at Kempton last month. John Gosden’s colt is taken to defy a penalty and confirm latest running with third-placed Pledge Of Honour with normal progress. The Met has been gelded since scoring over 7f here in October and should go well while Motawaafeq makes a quick reappearance having scored over the same trip at the track on his debut for Mick Appleby just two days ago. Royal Star has failed to show any improvement but drops back down in distance so is still preferred to Lethal Look.
