Verdict
Spirit Of Coniston is a confident choice, with El Potro, Monte Major and Rowanberry taken to chase him home. Spirit Of Coniston has bounced back to form with a vengeance of late, winning each of his last two starts at Southwell. He does go just as well on the Polytrack though, having scored at Kempton in June, and off what is a favourable mark still, he will take all the beating. El Potro is a past course-and-distance winner, but he let his supporters down nine days ago, while Monte Major has been placed a couple of times of late but is generally not in the best of form. Rowanberry is another that left the money in the bookies' satchels last time, and for the winner we return to Spirit Of Coniston.
