Alonso de Guzman is selected here ahead of Ardmaddy and Black Mogul. Well-backed for his seasonal return when stepping up in trip over a shorter trip here last time, Alonso de Guzman stands out as the most progressive of these in what is a modest affair. Ardmaddy has been knocking at the door on the all-weather of late and may well see it open today, while Black Mogul has improved for the application of blinkers and tries the all-weather for the first time with them on, although his three all-weather runs so far have been modest. These, for us, are the key players, with the selection being Alonso de Guzman.
