Verdict

Queen Regent is penalised for winning over a shorter trip at Newcastle back in February and may have improved during the interim. Emma Emilleen is also upped in distance after finishing runner-up at Nottingham but VALUE ADDED found only one too good over 1m2f at Windsor last week and makes most appeal for Richard Hughes' in-form yard. Quantum Light is the most exposed but Double Tot is a likely improver having lost all chance with a slow start on her debut.
