Verdict
Think Champagne went close over track and trip before disappointing behind the winner Margaret Beaufort back at this venue. The latter is 4lb higher for this while Secret Contact needs to find a bit more off her current mark. Duveen and DAME SARRA failed to threaten over shorter trips here on their respective handicap debuts but there is plenty of stamina in the latter’s pedigree and this extra distance should bring improvement from Ed Dunlop’s filly.
