LINDORO is rated a long way clear of his rivals here and if he is over whatever ailed him last time then he can surely take this, while Bertie Southstreet looks next best. The selection has earned his mark of 88 with some consistent efforts, particularly on turf, and if there is one concern over him it is that he has made the frame just once in five starts on artificial surfaces. He has run with credit in defeat here is a better race than this, and now racing in selling company for the first time he can surely take advantage. Bertie Southstreet has 19lbs to find at the weights, but he loves it here and has won three times at the track, including twice over this trip, so he will be aiming to upset the senior runner. Whitbarrow has had a lengthy barren spell, failing to win for a couple fo years now, and he just lacks gears, so the drop back in trip is hardly likely to be ideal. Thunder Bay enjoys this course and distance bu has plenty to find at the weights, and Rosie Says No may be a better proposition now dropped back in trip. Lindoro gets the vote.
