Gilded Cove gets the narrow vote here with Middle Eastern and Aggravation rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair second behind Law Maker last timer out off this mark. That form sets the standard in the context of this race and he need only reproduce that effort to win this. Middle Eastern rates the main danger on his latest win over Generator but that was over six furlongs and the drop in trip has to be of concern. Aggravation is another that could go well as he was unlucky in running when third behind Lake Chini last timer out. His yard are in form and he should be noted in the market. Namir ran as if returning to form when fourth behind Norcroft last time and could go well at a price but he is another that is better over a longer trip. This is a trappy affair but something has to win and for the winner we return to Gilded Cove who at least is in form.
