      Verdict

      DUCK A L'ORANGE is almost certain to improve for this step up in trip and is a fairly confident selection in a modest finale. He only beat one home when favourite for a Brighton maiden in October but was third here earlier and that's easily the best form on offer. Michael's Mount has shown promise but didn’t run very well on his reappearance at Kempton. Marmajuke Bay doesn't appear to be improving but Hearty may be better than he's shown so far and the switch back to Turf should help.
