This is a pretty decent handicap and we take FOLLY LODGE to follow-up on last time out success with Perfect Friend added to calculations and Respite could represent some value. The selection has been allotted a six pounds penalty for a cosy success last time but with his jockey claiming seven he actually finds himself better off here so as long as he can run to that form, consistency isn't his strong point, he should score again. Perfect Friend has been running well for some time and capped that sequence with a comfortable victory last time. He should run another big race despite an extra five pounds to carry. Respite shaped has if a step up to this trip would suit on his last appearance which was a solid run on handicap debut and off the same rating can go well. Diapason could be well treated on his bow in these ranks but it's not guaranteed so instead we turn to Folly Lodge.
