After a modest debut over 5f, Company Minx was a huge price at Lingfield but came out on top in a rough race. Caspian Queen won over 5f here on her second start but has to concede weight all round. After making a winning start at Newbury, SPECIAL SECRET was badly impeded when a hot favourite on a return visit and that latter run can be ignored. She’ll handle any give in the ground so looks the one to be on, even though Love Powerful is beginning to get the hang of things and is having a first run over 6f. Onassis is also improving with experience.
