A wide-open contest here and the market will prove a good guide as to what is expected of the newcomers but the principals look to be Kercabellac, Howle Hill and Made In Japan and we will side with Kercabellac. The six-year-old won well last time out when defeating Supreme Dawn. He is sure to have learnt from the experience and will be hard to beat. Howle Hill rates the main danger he won well on his debut then was a fair second in a class B race behind After Eight last time. This faster surface will suit and he will not be far away. Made In Japan was a fair sort on the flat and comes from a top yard but his stable are out of form. Romantic Affair is also worthy of respect as he was rated 112 when last seen on the Flat, but he may be seen to better effect over a longer trip over hurdles. Of the remainder, Orinocovsky is from a yard in form but has failed to get home in two attempts to date, and for the winner we return to Kercabellac.
