Several have won maiden hurdles including Joseph O’Brien’s duo Anything Will Do and Shadow Seven. The former is preferred despite both struggling on their latest starts while Bua Boy made a winning debut when scoring over timber at Cork back in April. Roney had been thereabouts over timber before failing to complete over fences while COCOHULABABY is another maiden hurdle winner. The latter also ran well enough in a handicap over 2m6f at Ballinrobe last time but the return to this shorter trip will suit Noel Meade’s filly and she has every chance on today’s terms.
