Verdict

Some taking recruits to the larger obstacles clash here but GOOD BOY BOBBY has already shown an aptitude for fencing when only reeled in late on in a pretty hot novice chase at Carlisle won by Brewin'upastorm, who franked the form in no uncertain terms with a convincing success at Taunton this week. The selection jumped soundly in the main that day and can go one better here. Garrettstown produced an excellent seasonal reappearance at Aintree over hurdles and must be taken seriously on this fencing bow, whilst both Ravenhill Road, having a first start for this yard, and the lightly-raced Albert's Back, are not discounted in what should prove an informative affair.
