In depth

Formwatch

Crystal Centauri Won over similar sort of trip and ground in November but has struggled over fences since; place possibilities.

Big Tone (IRE) No show in two starts; look again.

Bobsbest (IRE) Previous form leaves him with a lot to find.

Daring Thomas Hinted at promise last time but more on his plate today.

Its Gotta Be Alfie (IRE) Well fancied on both starts so far but has a lot to prove on his hurdles debut.

Lannkar (IRE) Cheltenham entries; needs to prove his stamina but greatly respected.

Lord Philip (IRE) No real sign of ability; best avoided.

Moor Hall Rock Showed promise in bumper on debut but disappointed last time out over hurdles; readily opposed.

Parish Oak Needs to step up on bumper debut; best watched on hurdles debut.

Ready To Rumble (IRE) Holds SunAlliance Hurdle entry and looks the form pick and the one to beat; jumps well and acts on soft.

Sissinghurst Star (IRE) Has shown little on three starts to date but has place chances if enjoying this step up in trip.

Three Days Reign (IRE) Ran nicely last time at Doncaster behind a couple of decent sorts but will need to step up on that to play a part today; others preferred.

Tom Pink Belated debut and looks stable second string; Pipe horse's can never be totally ruled out however.

Cutina Improved form last time and should go well if taking to this extra trip.

Dunnicks Chance Not much to recommend on form shown so far.

Lady Bramble (IRE) Hard to fancy on form shown so far and is easily passed over as winner but may have place opportunities.

Mrs Dangle Must improve greatly on bumper form.

Well Then Now Then (IRE) Hurdles debut but has shown enough in two Irish bumpers to suggest she could play a leading role here today.
