Verdict

Martin Keighley had a decent chance of victory in the opener and saddles Pollystone in this. She has been raised 7lb since winning over course and distance 11 days ago but has to go on the short-list. King Of Wing struggles to stay 2m but Sedgemoor Express won over a longer trip at Newton Abbot, though has been raised a harsh-looking 9lb since. Lordship was beaten a long way when second at Stratford and Persian Herald was beaten in a seller last time, as was Naledi. MR MISTOPHELES looked an unlucky loser at Sedgefield last month. That was easily his best run to date and, if the blinkers work a second time, Philip Kirby's charge could be the one to beat today.
