Not a race to get heavily involved with and Singing Wizard may provide the answer, with Kings Euro on the short list alongside Darusso and Prince De Bersy. Singing Wizard has taken time to come to hand, but Donald McCain finally begn to reap the rewards for that when the grey gelding ran into a place last time. That was a definite improvement and if he can make a similar leap here then he looks capable of breaking his maiden tag. Kings Euro was a runner up at Worcester last time after tasting victory in points previously. He looked nothing special last time but in an uncompetitive event his chance is serious enough again here. Darusso enjoys getting his toe in and if the rains come by the time of the off then his chance would improve, and if he reproduces his latest effort then he won't be far away. Prince De Bersy represents David Pipe here and will have his supporters although we don't really know how to equate his French form with that of his opponents here. Unless there is a swell of market confidence we think he is best watched and prefer to side with the improving Singing Wizard to work his magic.
