AXIOMATIC started out in points and didn't have the pace for bumpers. He improved with each run over hurdles and chasing should be his game so gets the nod to make a successful debut. Bois De Clamart also made good progress over timber ending with a length defeat by Willie Mullins' Golden Spread at Navan with another from the winner's yard well beaten in third.
