TOSULA has sound claims if able to continue from where she left off and she's selected ahead of Fortune Point and Furze Hill. The selection has forged a good partnership with Felix De Giles who is one of the more experienced pilots in the race. The main question revolves around the ground as she has disappointed on two previous runs with cut in the ground but she has shown improved form since those outings and would surely not be risked if connections felt that her ability to handle conditions was in doubt. Furze Hill also has a talented pilot in the plate although he didn't enjoy any luck when teaming up with the gelding last month. That said, Furze Hill has got bits and pieces of form to his name, including on heavy ground and the application of blinkers may enable him to run a big race. Fortune Point's display at Warwick suggests that he could be running into form and he's on a competitive mark but there should be more to come from Tosula, as long as she handles this ground, and it's Tosula who's awarded our vote.
