In depth

Verdict

Magic Fountain, by War Front out of Irish Oaks winner Bracelet, has so far failed to fire but wasn't given a hard time at the Curragh last time. Miss Clash, who had made such an impressive debut at Gowran, started favourite in that Curragh event but reportedly had breathing problems. She would take some beating if back to her best but DEFILADE looks a safer option. Ger Lyons' filly returned from a long break to run very well at Gowran in May so another absence shouldn't be too much of a problem. Hazran continues to find one too good over 1m2f but has been leading at this trip so is an obvious threat but Vocatus has had plenty of chances.
