      Verdict

      MEZZO SOPRANO won on debut at Catterick last month and her presence in this affair appears to have scared off much of the meaningful opposition. Midream makes a belated racecourse debut and is a half-sister to the very useful sprinter, Vadream. Candy Eye hasn't been seen since making a solid debut in a Newcastle maiden last December. Shout To The Top is respected from the John Quinn team and the daughter of Starspangledbanner is one to note with the future in mind.
