Azagal will find this less challenging than recent starts but Pearl Earing needs to bounce back from a couple of undistinguished performances. Cashmere Cat, lightly-raced for a six-year-old, makes a first appearance since the spring of last year and may possibly need the run. AJAADAT is a slightly tentative choice as this is her first run since last September when cosily landing a Beverley maiden. Hopefully, she'll be ready to roll as the Varian stable has struck form of late. Forest Maiden's two victories both arrived on artificial surfaces but, although she's not been so effective subsequently, she still commands plenty of respect for high-profile connections.
