LARKS LAD has taken a couple of races to get the hang of things but can make it third time lucky here, while Aldertune, Dontsayathing and Shalamiyr are others to consider. Nicky Henderson-trained Larks Lad has been beaten in a couple of bumpers that were better than this, and although going off favourite last time he still showed some improvement. He is rated highly by a trainer whose judgement we trust, and he should finally get off the mark. Aldertune can improve for a nice enough Wincanton debut a couple of months ago and with Ruby Walsh up we should see a fair bit more. Shalamiyr disappointed at Exeter last time where more was expected of him, but we won't write him off yet and it will interesting to see how he performs. Dontsayathing made a pleasing debut here last month and with Bob Buckler's runners going well he is not ruled out. Silver Accord probably wants better ground and we'll take Larks Lad to score.
