Verdict
BARTON HEATHER is the one to beat here if handling this quicker surface. She made a winning start over fences at Uttoxeter before finding only one too good at Exeter in a similar race to this. Shy John was an early casualty here last week but would have claims on his earlier second to a subsequent winner at Ludlow and makes more appeal than veteran Dashing George. King Massini hinted at a revival at Stratford last month but Tothemoomandback has disappointed since recording a double in November.
