Micras was headed close home over 2m1f at Exeter then just failed to get up over Wincanton's extended 1m7f last month. She wouldn't want much more rain but looks certain to give a good account. Wilde Spirit found soft ground to her liking at Warwick last time though has a big weight for her handicap debut but Tierra Verde, a maiden winner over the course and distance, ran well enough in a Kempton handicap last time to get into contention. The four-year-old QUEEN ADELAIDE was only beaten a neck at Fakenham and has the scope to make her presence felt in this company so gets the vote. Riviere Argentee had looked a certain future winner when narrowly beaten twice but flopped when well supported at Lingfield.
