In a race that should not take much winning, Man Of The Moment is selected to make a winning debut at the expense of Sovereign's Joy, with Master Eddy, Bally Conn and Ready Response three others worth a mention. Man Of The Moment has a lot to live up to, carrying the famous yellow One Man colours, but the son of Silver Patriarch catches the eye on breeding, being related to decent chaser Darkness, while the dam is out of a half-sister to smart hurdler Aonoch. Sure to have been well schooled, he can go in first time. Sovereign's Joy hails from a yard that is in a bit of form, and can boast a couple of runs, but he has looked one-paced so far, while Master Eddy takes a big drop in grade, but he was beaten out of sight behind Wichita Lineman at Cheltenham to temper enthusiasm. Bally Conn is a future chaser in the making on breeding, a comment that also applies to Righthand Man's distant relative Ready Response, a winning pointer before switching to race under rules. The market will no doubt prove informative here, and just a small vote goes to Man Of The Moment.
