    Verdict

    This looks a relatively straightforward opportunity for LORD OF THE STARS who takes a marked drop in class having contested the Molecomb Stakes at Goodwood two starts ago. He's had a break since disappointing at Ripon, a course that doesn't suit every horse, and is the clear form pick on his two earlier efforts at Newmarket. Major Muscari is rated 12 pounds lower than the selection on official ratings but did run well when fourth off 82 in a Wolverhampton nursery last time. Lenjawi Pride is the other with an official mark, 78, and that clearly leaves him with plenty to do in receipt of five pounds from the 95-rated selection.
