        Verdict

        Putin pops-up occasionally in these lowly handicaps but last month's Wolverhampton winner Divertimenti has something to prove on his previous efforts at this track. Tenancy arrives out of form and Rio's Girl is having her first start since August though she has a chance on her best form of last year. Thorpe Bay's only win so far came over 6f here but CHATEAU LOLA is preferred. She scored over track and trip at this time last year and having won at Wolverhampton last month, Derek Shaw's filly is fancied to come out best.
