Verdict
GRIMES FAITH is just about the percentage call ahead of Mac Dalia and Monte Major amongst others. You know what you're going to get from Kevin Ryan's campaigner and a similar contest should come his way sooner or later. He has been beaten in similar heats lately but is usually there or thereabouts and is weighted to reverse places with Monte Major on their running earlier in the month. Mac Dalia has her fitness to prove but was in good form at the track at this time last year and she has a leading chance at the weights. Back In The Red has claims if taking to this surface whilst his stablemate has course form but a modest strike rate. Tag Team is another with plenty of course form to his name and it may pay to overlook his run in a competitive handicap as it was his first start since July and this is more realistic. He could be the value here but we'll keep faith with Grimes Faith.
