Verdict
Winning hurdler Utility could only manage fifth at Wolverhampton on his debut on the Flat when finishing behind Miss Crick and the runner-up TEMUR KHAN. That was the latter’s first outing for Tony Carroll’s yard and with further improvement likely he’s just preferred to Francophilia, who edges this at the weights but disappointed in a handicap at Wolverhampton on Boxing Day. Taraayef may do better over today’s extra distance while Ejabah is the only one with experience of Fibresand but was well beaten over a mile here a fortnight ago.
