Verdict
A poor event packed full of moderate performers. Valuable Gift has been in fair form of late but has had plenty of chances and looks vulnerable against lesser exposed rivals on these terms. Sir Don has claims on his best turf form but lacks both experience and recent outing while Voluptuous is improving but is nothing out of the ordinary so the tentative vote goes to Mac's Talisman. Bill O'Gorman's colt is a well bred type and has hinted at ability on both starts to date without being knocked about. The three-year-old is open to further progress and can get off the mark under Brett Doyle.
