Baccalaureate is proving hard to place these days and makes little appeal at the head of the weights whereas DANBY'S LEGEND (NAP) looks a much more likely sort at the other end of the handicap. An unlucky faller at Southwell on his penultimate start, he swiftly made amends returned to the Nottinghamshire track and remains nicely treated here despite a 7lb rise for that cosy victory.
