Jericho III, Garde Bien and Stormy Beech are three against the field in the finale and the vote is given to Jericho III. The selection has been threatening to win a race recently but he fell when travelling well at Market Rasen last time, and he may have been in need of a run on his seasonal reappearance previously. He has conditions to suit here and providing he gets a clear round he should take the world of beating. Garde Bien was having his first run since May when a fair third behind Gazump at Cheltenham last time. He is sure to come on for that run and he looks to have decent place prospects. Stormy Beech looked as though he might be coming to hand when a decent third behind Superior Weapon at Newcastle last time. This race looks slightly easier and he should go well. Ulusaba won well last time out but looks to have plenty on to follow-up under a 7lb penalty, and for the winner we return to Jericho III.
