Dead Man Dante can land the spoils in this maiden chase with Roaringwater and Deltic Arrow the two possible dangers. Ferdy Murphy has his team in good spirit at present and Dead Man Dante looks a horse more than capable of winning at this grade. He was eye catching when staying on well on a track that did not suit around Fakenham last time out and if transforming that run around here he has to be respected even though his enthusiasm has to be questioned on a few occasions in the past. If there are chinks in his armour then Roaringwater could then take advantage as he has won in the pointing field and has also won on heavy ground conditions in the past. The stables horses are yet to hit form this season though. Deltic Arrow is another winner between the flags. He has no previous form under rules so it remains to be seen whether his ability is good enough to win under this code but this is a weak contest so he should be feared. But for the winner we return to Dead Man Dante.
