Verdict
FIRST ANGEL finished well clear of the rest when third at Leicester behind the potentially useful Zabeel Champion. The runner-up has subsequently won and Laura Morgan’s charge gets the vote ahead of Well Planted. The latter also placed when second to an odds-on favourite at Ayr and can figure again while Desert Friend travels over from Ireland having found one too good at Listowel earlier. Point-to-point winner Jungle Jack is related to a couple of winners in this code while Al Muffrih is rated 85 on the Flat and is worth a second glance on his debut over hurdles.
