In depth

Verdict

Isn't That Lucky certainly created a favourable impression when making a winning debut at Fontwell earlier this month but Jonjo O'Neill's gelding faces no easy task under a penalty today and it may be worth taking a chance with the newcomer Definite Lynn who gets the vote ahead of Pop. The last mentioned showed promise under testing conditions at Newbury last month and a reproduction should see Henry Daly's gelding go close here. Ouragan Lagrange ran creditably on his Fontwell debut and cannot be discounted stepping up to a more suitable trip today. He makes more appeal than the more exposed Oshkosh and Jim Old's newcomer Team Chaser. The vote though goes to another debutant, Definite Lynn, who is bred for this game and comes from a yard that does well with their runners in this grade.
