Verdict
Libor is preferred to Memphis Man and Matuza. Luca Cumani's runner veered all over the track on his latest start and earned Nicky Mackay a ban in the process. He appears not to like hitting the front too soon so Eddie Ahern will be under strong orders to not produce him until the very final stride. Memphis Man won a weak race over course-and-distance and is still well treated on some of his older form. This looks a stronger race. Matuza has been expensive to follow of late and failed spectacularly under first time blinkers. The market is watched. Scarlet Flyer was a disappointment last time out and is surely better than that run suggests. Mango Music would not be out of it if the going stayed on the fast side of good. Libor still looks a horse on the upgrade and he is likely to be priced accordingly.
