        Verdict

        EQUILATERAL finished a few lengths ahead of Existent and Arecibo when fifth in the King’s Stand Stakes at Ascot. That was an excellent first run of the season and Charlie Hills’ gelding is eased in grade for this. Raasel boasts a cracking strike-rate and took the step up to Listed class in his stride at Haydock. Mitbaahy also won in that grade here three weeks ago and is very much back on track but Method hung under pressure when dropped in class at Salisbury. Nymphadora is preferred to Tippy Toes of the two fillies taking part.
