Verdict

ARMOUR PROPRE is a half-sister to a three-times winner and by sprinter Profitable so may be a better long-term prospect than stablemate Zabbie, who gained valuable experience with a third at Brighton. Friday Already was still beaten more than three lengths when second at Nottingham but is another likely improver while there was plenty to like about Mystical Applause’s fourth at Leicester. Big R, a half-brother to two winners, may prove best of the rest.
