Giving Back didn’t take to hurdles after winning a couple of bumpers but he remains unexposed on the Flat. Brooklyn Boy has placed at Lingfield and Newbury this year and should be thereabouts again in a race like this but WAR EAGLE showed signs of life when fourth last time at Chepstow and any further improvement could see him open his account on Turf, though the more usual cheekpieces replace the visor he wore last time.
