Talent Scout went close in a seller here in September and Danot was placed on several occasions off similar marks last season. All You made a winning start in a maiden on the all-weather last term, as did Final Venture, though neither won again afterwards. Royal Holiday has been in good form at Southwell lately and Cliff was runner-up here in October on soft ground. There was also plenty of cut in the ground when SHAMAHEART finished a close-up fourth at Newmarket in October. Dropping back down in class for his reappearance, Geoff Harker's charge could go well and gets a speculative vote.
