A competitive handicap which will be very tricky to solve but maybe SIXTIES ROCK can go in ahead of Finsbury and Jimwil. The selection was a winner two starts back before finding the stiff finish at Beverly a step too far. The return to a flatter track will suit and he has a decent draw in stall nine. The promising Andrea Atzeni also takes the mount on the form horse in the race. Finsbury made an encouraging return to action when a fast finishing fourth at Musselburgh ten days and this seven-year-old seems to still enjoy his racing. He has plenty of form on flat tracks and a strong pace will suit. Jimwil hails from the inform Michael Dods yard and is a horse to monitor today. He seems to like Redcar having run well here twice before. His latest run can be excused as he pulled way too hard on his comeback run. The freshness should now be taken out of him and if settling better could go well. Others to consider in this tricky handicap include Orangeleg, Seldom and Rio Carbe but all three could have been better drawn so we will stick with Sixties Rock.
