Verdict
CONVEY looks the best option as he was only just touched off in a Group 3 at Haydock in May and didn't perform badly in a Group 2 at Ascot last time. Three-year-olds have a poor recent record in the race but Kentuckyconnection has been chasing some smart performers in his races this season and will appreciate the drop in class. Master Carpenter has been racing over further without showing much while Algaith has shown little since completing a double in minor company last summer. Sound Advise has been running very well in tough handicaps and is well worth another attempt at this grade.
