Lily Tara gets the confident vote here with Major Malarkey and Smart Man rating the main dangers. The selection won with plenty in hand last time out when beating Act Gold and although rising in the weights he looks progressive and under conditions that suit he is hard to oppose. Major Malarkey rates the main danger on his latest fourth behind Wun Chi, he looks sure to be suited by the longer trip and should be watched in the market. Smart Man is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but looks weighted up to his best. Silver Steel was fourth behind Stravagin last time and with one of the better armatures booked is another with place claims, but in a race that contains plenty of deadwood for the winner we return to Lily Tara.
