Beggars Cap gets the confident vote here with Middleton Dene and Pigeon Island rating the main dangers. The selection won well last time out when beating Royal Game and although having a penalty for that win he again has conditions to suit and he is taken to win this before going on to better things. Middleton Dene rates the main danger as he beat Bailey's Encore last time out and he does have the highest Bhb rating in the field. However he lacks the scope of the selection and is taken on with this in mind. Pigeon Island is another that could go well on his latest third behind Investment Wings. He will appreciate this longer trip but he is more exposed than the selection. Of the remainder The Saltire Tiger is another last time out winner that could go well but this looks more competitive than the race he won last time out and with this in mind for the winner we return to Beggars Cap.
