A chance is taken with Topatoo, who gets a narrow verdict over Ladeena and Bodhi Tree, while Zayn Zen could have more to offer and has each-way claims on these terms. The last named ran well here last September and certainly has the capability to win a race somewhere along the line. She may not want the ground too soft though and any rain will not help her cause. Bodhi Tree shape promisingly at Lingfield on her sole previous start. She is bred to appreciate at least this trip and is another future prospect to keep tabs on. Ladeena has the benefit of a recent run and has to be considered as a threat to them all. Being by Dubai Millennium, her connections will no doubt be wanting her to find a race sooner rather than later. The market will tell us whether the betting public think it will happen today. However, Topatoo is likely to represent far greater value and just gets our vote today. The daughter of Bahamian Bounty encountered a potentially smart individual on her juvenile debut but did well to finish so close after missing the break. The step up in trip will help her settle and it will be no surprise to see Darryll Holland try and make plenty of use of her right from the off.
